Puli MATIC - automatic self-cleaning filter
Removes impurities such as sand, rust residues and other solid particles that can damage the water supply network and household appliances (pipes, valves, taps, washing machines, etc.). The installation of a protective filter is a simple and effective solution to avoid the problems that would arise as a result. PuliMATIC is an automatic self-cleaning filter, robust and compact, with a brush system for cleaning the cartridge and a dirt drain valve. PuliMATIC is designed with a standard filtration of 89 microns, which retains coarse solid particles and consequently prevents damage. Puli MATIC requires regular cleaning, at least two annual inspections are recommended for proper maintenance.
The PuliMATIC head is made of stress-resistant brass due to installation, which usually leads to breakage of plastic heads. The tank is equipped with a drain valve. The filter surface is made of stainless steel. The special structure of the filter cartridge enables greater mechanical resistance to shocks and pressure. Cleaning brushes are equipped with silver inserts that prevent the growth of bacteria on the filter. The standard PuliMATIC filtration is 89 microns; other filtrations (30, 50, 150 microns) are available on request.
PuliMATIC is available in two versions:
PuliMATIC - short cleaning cycle (adjustable cleaning interval: every 2-4-6-8 hours);
PuliMATIC - long cleaning cycle (adjustable cleaning interval: every 12-24-36-48 hours)
Water consumption for each wash is 6 liters (at 3 bar). PuliMATIC requires power supply (220V / 50Hz). In addition, PuliMATIC is equipped with a black button that allows you to manually start the wash cycle whenever necessary and an output signal that can be used for pumps, solenoid valve, alarm, etc.
FILTRATION PROCEDURE
Water enters the PuliMATIC from the outside of the filter cartridge towards the inside. PuliMATIC is an automatic water purification filter with an electronic control panel that starts the filter cleaning independently according to the set time interval. The patented brushing and dirt removal system ensures efficient cleaning of the filter cartridge. The cleaning cycle starts automatically via the electronic control panel and a pre-set interval: during cleaning, the filter cartridge is completely brushed and cleaned. Automatic opening of the drain valve at the bottom of the tank creates a rapid flow that removes impurities accumulated at the bottom of the tank.
INSTALLATION
The standard version of PuliMATIC is supplied with inlet on the left and output connection on the right. In case you need a reverse link, please state this in the order.
Installation should be carried out in a suitable place by a professionally qualified person. PuliMATIC must be installed on the cold water supply in front of the devices to ensure that they are adequately protected. The filter is not designed to filter hot water. Installations should be carried out in the bypass line.
Warning
Cleaning and self-cleaning filters are protective filters and are not suitable for filtering water containing sludge, large amounts of sand, etc. In these cases, a filter of a different type must be used.
