Rinsing the filter cartridge is performed as follows: Close the water supply and then open the faucet at the bottom of the filter so that the pressure from the house system backwashes the filter cartridge, then open the valve in front of the filter again. For better filter cartridge permeability and cleanliness, the rinsing process can be repeated several times in a row.

DESCRIPTION

• A mechanical filter cartridge of 150 mcr is installed in the filter pot for heat pumps. The filter pot has a faucet at the bottom for backwashing solids in the water. This extends the life of the mechanical filter cartridge and at the same time reduces the cost of maintaining the filter. The mechanical filter cartridge retains in water all solid particles larger than 150 mcr

MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION

Installation is possible directly behind the water meter. Installation should be performed by a professionally qualified person. During installation, it is necessary to seal with Teflon. Installation should be carried out in a bypass. The use of flexible hoses is mandatory. The filter must be installed in such a way that it will be protected from external environmental influences (sun, rain, high temperatures or temperatures below 4 ° C)

Plastic and brass water filters and components of these materials which come into contact with drinking water shall be manufactured in accordance with Directive 80/778 / EEC for consumption and production procedure.  Filter cartridges for mechanical cleaning are manufactured according to EU standards, EEC 80/778.
