USE

DESCRIPTION
The magnetic scale neutralizer is located in the middle of the filter housing and filter cartridge. It works on the principle of the magnetic field of high-energy permanent magnets. It works successfully without any chemical effect on the water, eliminates scale accumulation, iron corrosion and at the same time destroys existing scale on water pipes and devices (prevents binding).
Mechanical combined filter inserts retain all solid particles in the water larger than 50/60 microns (sand, silt, sawdust). At the same time, it contains a dosing agent that has an anti-corrosive effect and offers additional protection against scale. It is used for drinking water, as well as for water intended for technological use. Protects fittings, plumbing, faucets and appliances in households, industry, pharmacies, etc.
It can be mounted directly behind the water meter or in front of the water users themselves. The filter has a ball valve installed on the lower part of the pot, which is opened at least once a month in order to remove solid particles located in the filter itself. The filter cartridge is rinsed as follows: Open the ball valve at the bottom of the filter pot and release the solid particles that are at the bottom of the filter pot.
MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION
Installation should be carried out by a professionally qualified person. During installation, the filter must be sealed with Teflon. It can be installed directly behind the water meter or in front of the water users themselves. The use of flexible hoses is mandatory!
In case of high pressure in the water supply system and possible fluctuation, it is necessary to install a valve for regulating the pressure with a manometer. If the filter is installed behind the water pump or if a heating element is installed behind the filter, a non-return valve must be installed behind the filter.
If your pot falls from the height of the filter to the floor, it must be replaced with a new one despite invisible damage, as micro-damages that are invisible to the eye may occur.
After installing the filter or after changing the cartridges, let the water flow into the outlet for 5-7 minutes before you can use the water. To establish the BY-PASS function, it is necessary to turn the selection knob clockwise so that the upper symbol aligns with the arrows on the housing, which indicate the direction of the water flow. Unfiltered water flows at the filter outlet, the housing has no contact with water.

For the closing mode, it is necessary to turn the selection knob so that the upper symbol is aligned with the triggers on the housing, which show the direction of the water flow. The supply path is closed. The internal pressure is reduced by means of a tap at the bottom of the pot. When changing the position, we close the tap again.
