USE

Multiple function filter heads allow you to maintance filter cartidges while turning by pass heads. By pass is not needed. For maintenance, close water to backwash without installing additional valves. The filter head also allows the BY - PASS head to be adjusted to run water past the cartridge filter. You can also place the head in a position that prevents the flow of water on the inlet side in the outlet side of the filter.

DESCRIPTION

he first filter pot contains a 60 mcr mechanical filter cartridge and a magnetic descaling agent. The filter has a ball valve installed at the bottom of the first pot, which opens at least once a month to remove particulate matter inside the filter itself. The filter cartridge is rinsed as follows: Open the ball valve at the bottom of the filter pot and release the particulate matter at the bottom of the filter pot. The mechanical filter cartridge retains any particulate matter in water larger than 60 microns.

The limescale magnetic neutralizer is located in the middle of the filter housing and the cartridge filter. It operates on the principle of the magnetic field of high-energy permanent magnets. It successfully works without chemical influence on water, eliminates scale formation, corrosion of iron and at the same time breaks down existing scale on water installations and installations (prevents binding).

The second filter pot contains a 25 mcr filter cartridge and has a corrosion inhibitor inserted in the center of the cartridge. The cartridge prevents any particulate matter from entering the water that is larger than 25 mcr and is anti-corrosive. We recommend changing the cartridge every six months.

The third filter pot houses the CARBON BLOCK 5 mcr activated carbon filter cartridge and is an ideal solution for protecting water against chlorine, pesticides, insecticides, improving the odor and taste of water while retaining any particulate matter larger than 5 microns. The recommended change of cartridge is six per month.

The CARBON BLOCK 5 µm activated carbon filter insert is located in the second part of the filter and is an ideal solution for protecting water against chlorine, pesticides, insecticides, improving the odor and taste of water, while retaining any particulate matter larger than 5 microns. The recommended change of cartridge is six to twelve months.

MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION

Installation should be carried out by a qualified person. When mounting, the filter must be sealed with Teflon. It can be mounted directly behind the water meter or in front of the water users themselves. The use of flexible hoses is mandatory!

In case of high pressure in the water supply system and possible oscillation, it is necessary to install a pressure regulating valve with a manometer. If the filter is installed behind a water pump or if a heater is installed behind the filter, it must be fitted behind the filter against a non-return valve.

If the filter pot falls to the ground, it must be replaced with a new one in spite of the invisible damage, as it can cause micro injuries that are invisible to the eye.

Allow the water to drain for 5-7 minutes after installing the filter or after replacing the cartridges, then use the water. The plastic and brass water filters and components of these materials which have contact with drinking water are manufactured in accordance with Directive 80/778 / EEC for consumption and production procedure.

SETTINGS

1. Normal mode: water filtration

To activate BY-PASS filtration in filtration mode, rotate the selector knob so that the symbols in the image above are aligned with the arrows on the blue housing to indicate water flow. Filtered water is obtained at the outlet.

2. Maintenance: BY-PASS

3. Closed input and output connector

For the closing mode, the selector knob must be turned so that the upper symbol is aligned with the descents on the housing, which indicate the direction of the water flow. The inlet route is closed. The internal pressure is reduced by the tap at the bottom of the pot. When changing position, close the tap again.

3. Closed input and output connector

For the closure mode, the selector knob must be turned so that the upper symbol is aligned with the descents on the housing, which show the direction of the water flow. The waterway is closed. The internal pressure is reduced by the tap at the bottom of the pot. When changing position, close the tap again.
