USE

With the help of a magnetic plasticizer (NEUTRALIZER) we achieve that the substances of limescale and other solid particles in the water get the desired structure for excretion. It works without harmful consequences and changes in the chemical composition of water. The separator can also be used as a mechanical filter. The device eliminates all mechanical particles larger than 5 mcr. Its efficiency is up to 75 percent.

The delivered product is assembled and delivered as a whole in the first left picture with gray in combination with a mechanical trap for solid particles and ferromagnetic particles in water. The control crucible and the magnetic limescale neutralizer must be purchased separately.

MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION

We recommend that you install the device behind a water meter that measures water consumption, or in front of taps, showers, water heaters, dishwashers, washing machines, central heating boilers, medical equipment, catering equipment (it is recommended to install a magnetic softener NEUTRALIZER). If possible, install a transparent pot on the device (in the part where the excretion is marked), with the help of which the excretion of solid particles in the water will be visible. Install a ball valve at the bottom of the pot to drain the secretions. The separator is made of brass and plastic and is surface treated.

Installation should be carried out in a vertical position and in the manner indicated on the device with the directions for INPUT, OUTPUT and EXCLUSION. If the device is installed correctly, it does not need servicing. The installation of the device should be performed by a professionally qualified person. The valve for discharging secretions is opened at least once a month or if necessary, depending on the quality and quantity of water used. Installation should be performed by a professionally qualified person.

When installing the filter, it is necessary to seal with Teflon. Installation should be carried out in a bypass. The use of flexible hoses is mandatory during installation

Water filters made of plastic and brass and components of these materials which come into contact with drinking water shall be manufactured in accordance with Directive 80/778 / EEC for consumption and production procedure.
