The filter contains hundreds of hollow-fiber membranes. Water flows from the outside to the inside of the fibers through micro-pores that trap organic and inorganic impurities down to 0.15 microns.
The end of each fiber is hermetically sealed inside the housing, preventing bacteria from penetrating into the main stream of clean water.
